This lovely evergreen woodlander has a grace of its own. Broad leaves are borne on gently arching spotted stems, interesting pendulous bell-shaped flowers hang below. An easy plant that is not too fussy as long as it is not too dry. Height 30cm (12) Disporopsis aspera £7.50. Disporopsis Ruscaceae. Disporopsis are a small genus of evergreen plant that resemble Solomon’s seal. Disporopsis pernyii is a tall growing form as is Disporopsis aspera while Disporopsis Arisanensis is much shorter. Disporopsis do look a little like an evergreen Solomons Seal, so D. pernyii earns the common name of ‘Blushing Solomons Seal’.
